I wonder if sitting in a recliner when I get back from work is good for my back.
Since I cannot lift weights all I did today is
Fasted cardio
5 kilometers, 7 km/h, 10% incline, 500 cals
Abs
250 reps
Torchy huh MG. That's a first. I'll take that. Almost a form.of endearment.. rated...
This getting old thing kinda sucks huh. Pelvic mis alignment doesn't sound great unless it's a after a a naughty Saturday night of fun... as far back as I can recall , you've been hitting cardio pretty hard. Wonder if that is playing a part.. for me. My lower back kills me after 15mins. Maybe I walk funny, or am a tad twisted. Probably both..
They really do fuk all chiro's I've found. I can do the same with a roll of duct tape and a anti inflammatory.
No use saying try backing.off the incline. We both know that ain't happening. And a recliner decliner choice, I think not. After a long day. My ass is well planted on my chair. And well deserved. Add two cats to warm my lap and I'm sorted, till the little fukers fart.. I swear they hold on to a fart all day, just waiting for the right time to drop one square in my face...

Oops Torcha. There used to be a Torchy at one of my other boards but she was a female
I will have to stop doing treadmill soon (after surgery). Next week they will deliver the Spirit Fitness recumbent bike that I rent for rehab. This might help with the back pain.
I have one cat (a 7 years old European called Pooh).
Today was fasted cardio only -- 6.3 kilometers, speed between 7 and 8 km/h, 700 cals.

I hate cold weather and so does Pooh. He spends most of the time on the heating convector once it gets chillier here.
Hahahaha that cardio routine is tough
I wish I could relax more. One more week and I will completely stressed out because I will have the knee replacement and won't have my daily dose of cardio ... I will probably start smashing things again like I used to back then lol.
Fasted cardio -- 5.5 kilometers, speed 7.5 km/h, incline between 12 and 15 km/h, 600 cals.
I work both Saturday and Sunday ... No gym until Monday hoping that my neck and back won't be completely f***** up after both shifts.

Shoulders
Frontal raises
Reverse flys
Lateral raises
External rotations
Upright rows
Shrugs
1 St of 36 reps of each.

I tested the recumbent bike that I rent for rehab and it was a disaster. I did 25 kilometers, burnt only 450 cals and I'm in a lot of pain. How come knee is fine when I walk on the treadmill but hurts like hell when I ride that bike?
Chest/back
Push ups (120)
Chest press
Flys
Chest press neutral grip
Pull overs
Deadlifts
One arm rows
Wide rows
1 set of 36 reps of each.
