      Good morning guys

      What does your whole body workout look like benlash? How many exercises per muscle?

      I played 1:15 hour of tennis yesterday afternoon.

      I took it easy again today. I woke up at 4:30 am, did 45 min of cardio (30 min of Rotex on level 4 instead of 3 and 15 min arm bicycle) followed by 100 squats, 100 push up, 200 abs.

      I do an upper body circuit, usually start with lat pull downs then shoulder presses then low rows then cable crossovers. I do that circuit 4 or 5 times then move into dumbbell incline presses to bent over rows to dumbbell laterals for 3 or 4 circuits then finish off with 2 tricep exercises superset with 2 bicep exercises for 3 sets. Usually pretty pumped by then. Takes a couple days to recover from that. On leg day I hit pretty much what I normally do but add more sets and add in box jumps and exercise bike. Lots of reps to work the deep muscle fibers. Seems to help me with getting burnt out on the same old exercises also.

      Good morning folks. How are my favorite guys doing today?

      Ouch benlash, not sure I can do such a circuit but I will try.

      I was planning on hitting the gym this morning the upper body this morning but there was a slight change of plan. My tennis partner Amy called at 8:15 am asking me to join her at 9. We played 1:30 hour. It was fun, the weather was perfect. But I could barely walk back home afterwards. Not sure what's wrong.

      I'm too old to go for the win, DWBO. My partner is a competitor, I only join her for practice.

      Hopefully you recover soon. Every once in awhile I pull a muscle and stretching a couple times a day seems to really help. I also use the roller for my back and legs. It's like having a personal chiropractor. Lol
