Thank you twists and good morning.
I did crossfit today. Angie (100 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats). A tough one.
I'm gonna take the week-end and hit the upper body on Monday. I work on Sunday anyway and will be on my feet all day.

I did a full body workout today.
