      I did crossfit today. Angie (100 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats). A tough one.

      I'm gonna take the week-end and hit the upper body on Monday. I work on Sunday anyway and will be on my feet all day.

      I did a full body workout today.

      Chest

      Push ups
      3 sets of 15

      Vertical chest press
      75x12
      85x10
      100x8

      Back

      Pull ups
      3 sets of 15

      Lat pulldowns
      60x12
      70x10
      80x8

      Shoulders

      Shoulder press (work station)
      50x12
      55x10
      60x8

      Biceps

      Spider curls
      15x12
      20x10
      22x8

      Triceps

      Weighted dips
      20, 15, 12

      Legs

      Horizontal leg press
      165x15

      200x12

      Calves
      I used the horizontal leg press to work the calves, 3 sets of 30 reps
