      I did a fight gone bad earlier (Max reps in 1 min)

      Push ups 42
      Kettlebell swings 25x34
      Seated rows 80x38
      Leg extensions 65x38
      Weighted dips 30
      Spider curls 20x36
      Pull ups 34
      Adductors 65x50
      Abductors 65x36
      Sit ups 50

      WOD: Barbara (5 rounds for time of 20 pull ups, 30 push ups, 40 sit ups and 50 squats). I didn't know I was supposed to rest for 3 minutes between each set and did them all back to back. I finished in 19'13"93).

      Good morning guys

      I woke up at 4:45 am and jumped on the Rotex for 45 min of cardio. My left wrist is terribly sore, work doctor thinks it's the ligaments ... No more push ups he said but I'm not sure I can skip them. How am I supposed to work out without putting any stress on my wrist
