Today I did another 20 min treadmill with a 15% incline. I added 60 pull ups, 60 weighted dips and 100 abs.

Good morning guys
I couldn't do cardio on Friday and yesterday because work got in the way.
Today I did 30 min arm bicycle, 50 push ups and 200 abs.
