      Good morning guys! TGIF indeed. My first week-end off in weeks. I intend to make the most of it

      I woke up at 4:30 am this morning and jumped on the Rotex for 30 min of fasted cardio before going to work.

      During my lunch break I did 17' treadmill (15% incline, 7 km/h), 50 pull ups, 50 weighted dips, 3 sets of 10 reps abductors and adductors (75 lbs).

      5 mile bike ride.
