Good morning folks. Where are my muffins?
I took yesterday off because work got in the way.
I woke up at 5:30 am this morning and jumped on the Rotex for 45 min of cardio followed by 200 abs.

Good morning folks.
Haha I have been told many times that I do too much DWBO ... I work out around injuries (trochanteritis, ITBS, Achilles).
I have today off. I woke up at 5:30 am, did 45 min of Rotex followed by 100 push ups, 100 squats, 100 split squats and 200 abs. What bothers me about cardio is that I'm starving afterwards.
