Stretching (ITB is a real pain, I had a shockwave therapy session yesterday).

Today I woke up at 2:30, managed to go back to sleep until 3:30, tossed and turned, got up and did fasted cardio -- 5 kilometer treadmill (12% incline), 550 cals burnt.
Shoulders
Frontal raises
Lateral raises
reverse flys
Shrugs
External rotations
1 set of 45 reps of each exercise.

No I don't take anything (I hate pre workout supplements and only have coffee at breakfast usually 1:30 hour after my cardio session. I get up, put on my running shoes and start cardio.

My legs are a bit sore, knee is OK except for the patella ....

This morning I did 30' treadmill with a 15% incline and a light chest and back workout.
