so i added up my calories and im not eatn enough to even preserve muscle while im tryn to cut down .... with my budget and schedule im sitn at 1700 a day. mostly meat ... i have my greens and sweet potatoes for carbs.. on wrkout days before and after wrkout i consume more carbs...... tryn to lean out but not eat so low calories... wut are some options as to where i can throw in more calories without raising my carbs so much?
