So I started keto a few days ago and Im not 100% sure what the fuck im doing. I just kept my cals at where I was dieting 2400 per day and I dont feel like this is correct. I feel like I should maybe be closer to my maintenance. My current macro breakdown is 30g carbs (net), 120g protein, and 200 fats. This is roughly the 75/20/5 standard macro split.

Saturday was ok, still had around 80g carbs. Sunday was pretty awful, had around 30g net. Tired and lethargic all day and had a hell of a headache. Today was better but I seemed to burn through my calories very early, poor planning i guess. I was a little tired but no headache, still had a great workout.

I am also supplementing magnesium and potassium as well.

Anyone got a fool proof way to figure a starting point?
