      Question for the group following, what would you guys recommend primo for 8 weeks on a cycle(with mast and npp) at 5-600 or Eq for 16 weeks (with a 2 part cycle sust,npp / test, mast) at 600-900?

      Yesterday's leg day was squats and then 4 groups of super sets for high ass reps (this has been new to me this cut)
      Squats (pyramid, medium weight 45-1min rest)
      warmups, 185x10, 225x8, 275x6, 315x6, 365x3, 405x1, 315x5, 275x8, 225x8, 185x8 - I've learned to pace myself doing this and stay away from (close to) failure sets until the end.
      4x20 super sets leg press/leg curls
      4x30 super sets sex machines in/out
      4x20 seated calve raises/ decline abs
      4x20 standing calve raises/ Russian twists
      for the above even thou it's high reps I try and take each one slow 3-4 second reps but usually after the first set once I hit 10-15 reps it starts moving quicker then I'd like.

      today was pull day, will post what that looks like next time.

      Macros this his week have been and will be 250p160c75-85f (fats fluctuate on how hungry I get throughout the day)
      I'm lifting around 6:30-7 pm and up till that point I've only had protein and fats and minimal carbs mostly why comes from veggies and fat sources, usually no more then 30g.

      Chemicals - 500mcgs Frag, 11mgs GW, 60mcgs Clen, 80mcgs Lr3, 100mgs provi

      Today's chest day was all about bench
      Pec dec 2 sets 25 reps 2 sets 20 reps
      2 warmups 185x10 185bx10 225bx8 245bx6 315x4 275x8 225x8 185x12 drop set 135x5 ("b" = 30lb band in addition to the weight)
      High cable cross over 2 sets of 20 reps, drop 10lbs, 10 reps
      low cable cross over ^^^
      incline dumbbell
      4x12 superset with 10-15 pushups

      Rested Thursday, Friday was high reps high intensity 40-45 minutes of straight work - felt great. Today I hit pull in the morning and just had Texas de Brazil (kick ass steak restaurant) $50 all you can eat it was heaven came home weighing 8lbs heavier, girlfriend treated me for my bday.

      Six months ago I started my last cycle and I found a pic of it , was ~196lbs and now I'm sittin at 200lbs, will post a pic it's been a very successful 6 months complete recomp can't wait to see what the next year brings with what I have planned. Actually proud of myself for once, but still long way to go.

      Ok, been putting some work in. Intense workouts a lot of super sets and dropsets and full workouts under 1 hour 15 minutes.
      got a bunch of goodies in from one sponsor today so when I have time I'll get to work on those. Next week cals go up macros will be 250p180c75f , feeling pretty good about the slow increase , wil drop clen , frag and lr3 will only keep GW going and maybe the proviron depends on if I wanna save it or use it . It only gets better from here

      Know I'm not getting much following here but was hoping to get some suggestions and will post here before I make a thread , next cycle will start between Mid- Oct to Mid-Nov the first part will be sust/NPP/boldA for 8 weeks with ether anadrol as a kick or SD(will take suggestions there too) curious if it would be "too much" tho throw in 4ius daily of growth. Also, if I did I'd wanna run growth for 4 months total so the other 8 weeks should I start now pretty much or continue it during the rest of the cycle which would be a 2 week cruise on just test then test/mast/primo for 10 weeks.
      so to summarize
      1) adrol or sdrol? (Really interested in ether one)
      2) to hgh or not to hgh?
      3) and start now or use through entire run?

      Hey brother I like anadrol better , I did not feel when good when I was taking superdrol.

      If you can afford growth I would run it I would probably opt to run less ius per day for longer than 4iu for only four months

      Thanks for the response man! I would probably keep it going longer then it's not about the money as much as about the amount of compounds id be running with GH on top lol . But definitely appreciate the feedback if I do run it is house said 4 months minimum*

      I think with everything you've got going on your dosage is pretty reasonable, I think 4 to 6 iu is enough to obtain the goals you're looking for hell just about anyone's goals.

      not much to update here been hitting it hard, life is hitting me hard and being off is also hittin me hard- 0 energy during the day, I can see even with still puttin work in and keeping diet on point I'm getting softer , feel drained all day too only feeling good in the gym. The worst part of cycling , has me ready to jump on the blast and cruise train badly only thing holding me back is hooking myself like that at 24 Y/o I'm sure I won't regret it but the rest of my life is a long ass time lol and it'll take away the awesomeness of hopping on TRT at an older age of that makes sense. Oh well gotta keep grinding. Arms today had a good session, slowly coming off the stuff I was on dropping something every 3-4 days , dropped the lr3 last week , clen dropped Sunday , will drop the frag soon only thing I'll stay on is GW probably.
      Current macros - 250p195-215c80f I've been leaving myself 20g of fats to play with as I get so tired between lunch break and getting off work I'll have 2 rice cakes or a protein bar or something to try and get me through
