      Oh and I got me one of those fat burning creams , not for any other reason then to check it out and try something new, was between Enhanced Athletes and another brand , got the other brand and I like it so far definitely feels hot on my gut we'll see in s few weeks if it did anything, kinda wish I got EAs thou but whatever if I have any success with this one I'll try EAs next

      Hey bro keep battling while you're off it will be worth it in the end! In this game there ups and downs, and I say games becusee it is a game , how bad do you want it when you've got everything working against you(I'm talking hormonally) ? Keeping grinding , keep your macros the same, if you're carrying around a little fluff keep now is not the time to trim up when you're off. I wish someone would have told me that years ago

      Just saw the replays from you guys thanks ^^!

      ok I've been on supertropin for almost a month now at 4ius a day (started at 3) and PPandas sust (100mgs 3x /week) for about 3 weeks as well "cruising" . I've dropped carbs to 130gs/day protein 250 fats 80. Adex 1mg 2-3x a week. I'm not sure what it is but I feel round as fuck. I'm weighing 212 now (8lb increase) and unfortunately it's not a good increase. Gunna probably add some frag and proviron as soon as it comes in. Pic below suggestions and feedback is much appreciated

      Hey brother so the roundness yo you're seeing is definitely from the growth, I notice as well on the same dose. I don't really recommend dropping calories when you're cruising especially right from the get go, even if you feel a little uncomfortable I think it's best to hold the weight for ATleast six eeeks before making any adjustments. Otherwise the new muscle tissue you build has no reason to stick around
