      Training Diet and Gear log leading to possible first time on stage!

      What's up BOP! New member here but planning to be active.
      Overview on Alpha-
      Training about 4 years with none of that "accidentally took a week off" BS I consistently see. Went from 11in arms and 36 in waist at 160lbs to 201 with 17in arms (flexed) and 32in waist as of this morning. Still always reaching for more. 3 cycles with real gear under my belt and many more to come.
      Leading up to now-
      Recently ended PCT ran test/deca 600/600 for 15 weeks and some phs thrown in for fun. Got up to 220 felt great and looked like the Michelin man but it was all part of the bulk and strength was up there so I was happy anyways. Cut down to 201 and looking the best I ever have but still far from where I want to be. The cut included Frag at 500-750mcgs/day with LR3 which I just recently added at 50 mcgs a day upping it to 80mcgs, and GW 11mgs a day.
      Going forward-
      My goal is to get on stage next year in physique or, more preferably, classic physique. Starting Monday I'll be adding carbs back in slowly (25g every 1-3 weeks) to very slowly lean bulk until about Jan and then start prep most likely Feb. I've been at 130g of carbs a day for a week and a half and will bump up to 155 Monday however will also be adding clen in 2 week intervals to keep the fat gain at a bare minimum (probably will only be using clen for 2 weeks but well see). Will probably drop the frag/lr3/gw in a few weeks as well. The cycle I have laid out will start mid November and will be 8 weeks still lean bulking 2 weeks cruise at maintenance then 10-12 week prep will also post that eventually once it's completely together, even then that will be just a layout and subject to change.
      Training-
      currently push, pull legs, repeat, rest and usually throw in an arm day on a second round one of the days.

      Just a few other things -
      forgot to mention will be celebrating the birthday by the beach next weekend so actually added in proviron about 10 days ago to see if it helps me look better shirtless lol, might have been pointless but had about 75 tabs just staring at me.
      Once I drop all the peps and stuff I might try and find something to throw in like osta or something mild before the cycle starts. I'll be blasting and cruising instead of cycling soon enough anyways.

      Got some goodies in the mail today and seems someone was feeling nice and threw in an osta , that or they made a mistake, ether way seems I'll be throwing it in . Probably in 2 weeks once I drop the clen and start lean bulking/recomping

      image.jpgSince I did say diet in the title too, Made a bbq chicken flatbread with pepper jack cheese, peppers, onions and bbq sauce with 2g of carbs per oz! Total macros for everything 35p 16c 14f , just to meet my protein for the meal I did have to have another 1/2 breast on the side for total 61g but worth it !

      Workout today was suppose to be legs , buddy was out of town and asked me to wait for him tomorrow so hit push instead
      Bench Press 2 warm ups then 1x15, 3x10 3x6 1x15 weights ranged from 185-275.
      Seated free bar Shoulder press 1x8 1x6 2x5 1x12 2x15 weights ranged from 135-185 (biggest loss of strength during cut)
      Incline db press superset with Front raises 4x12/12
      Cable flyes 2 high x20 2low x15
      5 sets of push-ups till failure.
      I try to keep intensity up and usually the only time I rest over a minute is after the 4th or 5th set of the main lifts (I.e. Bench and shoulder press in this workout). Also as I'm still very low cal I force myself out once I hit the 1 hour 15minute mark. Today was 1 hour flat as I was kinda rushed at the end too (good thing I switched from legs to push)

      work sucks on Mondays for me their usually the busiest days with the most BS from people so usually I make sure all my carbs are around workouts as well as take a good pwo and EC. That is all today
