      Not eating diet

      Please,just asking a hypothetical question.I'm using 500eq and 500cyp /wk,if i didn't eat for a week or even two would the compounds preserve the muscle? just a hypo question no rigging me to a horse and dragging down the street please.

      Depending on your body fat %. At around 72 hours the body will start to break down muscle. I'm sure the gear will help do a degree but after a while you become catabolic. I fast regularly and at the moment I'm 36 hours into a fast. I only consume limited black coffee , nicotine gum and water. Google Don D'Agostino he actually fasted for 7 days and lost 10-12lbs. Not sure how much was muscle.
