I want to try something out and please critic it if you have a good idea as well. I was wanting a few people with excellent knowledge on all aspects of working out. I want us to create a diet and routine as well as a cycle. We will all do the same things and keep each other accountable to help push all of us. Any thoughts? Yes it could be a dumb idea but I believe every idea can turn into a great idea. Just let me know your thoughts!
