would like some advice or places on the web to check where to do some good body building workouts, im very new to AAS but physical training its self im quite astute in, especially when it comes to strength training or just pure weight /power lifting compared to body building, i can lift heavy shit or do strength training but i never put on size if i do its only a little bit , i want a bit of a mix so at least 3 days a week Body building with a couple days of strength training, any input is greatly appreciated
