      A new log for a new chapter

      So I thought I would start a new log since I have not kept up with my lst one in quite some time. I am happy to tell you guys that I start with a coach tomorrow! He will be helping me get set up for a show prep(Im a little to far out for a show prep at this point) New workouts, ab routines, cardio schedule, and diet. I am on week 9 of a test/eq run that I will continue 7 weeks and then drop to a cruise dose.

      Training has been going decent but has also been a bit stale. I am really looking forward to the structured changes.

      Diet has changed alot, trying to really rev my metabolism. Im am up to around 3k per day atm and pretty much holding steady around 206lbs. This week is set up at 3138 cals, 70 fat, 389 carb, 238 pro.

      I will be lifting 6 days this week, 2 days of miss cardio, and one day of hiit.

      I will post up some measurements and current weight and pics sometime tomorrow.

      Hope all is well with everyone, its been a while!!

      Thanks bro. Tonight is chest/tris. Seems like a ton of volume so we will see how it goes. This will also be my first time doing intra workout carbs. Im excited to see the effects.

      I'm a big fan with or without slin it seems to help recovery big time. Really diluting it well with water seems to help with an GI issues

      The intra carbs seem legit. The pump I got tonight was unlike any chest pump i have had in ages. Plenty of energy even with the massive volume I did tonight. I did struggle at the end but not due to a lack of energy...my chest and tris were just fucking shot. Excited for back and bis tomorrow! I feel like I will be ultra sore tomorrow, this change of pace seems like it is going to yield some great results.

      5x12 1x8 and 1x8 drop set 1x8 incline DB press.............Just a note, I was feeling good and no shoulder pain on the last 2 sets. I managed to hit the 100s on both sets of 8 and 50s for 8 on the drop!!
      5x12 1x8 and 1x8 drop set 1x8 flat barbell bench press
      5x10 pec deck
      4x10 dip machine
      5x10 tri pushdowns
      Superset 3x12 DB overhead extensions and 3x8 Incline DB flyes
      2 tri sets 12 pushups, 12 dips, and 60sec planks.

      Post workout I had 2 scoops whey, 2 servings honey nut cheerios, and 1 cup 1% milk.

      Hit my calories on the money today but the macros were a tiny bit off. Looking forward to seeing how or if the scale moves in the morning. Calories=3138 Carbs=402g fat=68g protien=241g

      Im diggin it. I had a few scoops of 1st phorm ignition I was using post workout til my new shit gets here. I ordered some gaspari glycofuse but may end up just doing dextrose powder due to the cost. Idk, any opinion on what source Joko?

      Edit: I am also taking 7g of bcaas and 7g creatine with the carbs.

      Pre made drink with everything in i would go with intra md by granite supplements. I'm a penny pincher lol I used dextrose , creative , EAAS, glutamine and a little beta alanine.

      HBCD seems to the most popular choice now a days, doesn't have all the sugar that dextrose does and is easier on your stomach
