High test deca and high tren is the preworkout of the gods...

My pcp called with my testosterone results and total was at 270. That's actually higher then I would have guessed but he said it's "low normal".... Ha!
His idea of normal and mine are far different lol

Haven't been posting my workout cause it's not really important to the reader really.
Today was lower muscle rounds.
Some Calf Raise, low wide leg press, seated hamstring curls, split Squats, Adductor machine, seated palm up curls, hammer hex curls (fuuuuuuuck these are not fun)
Everything was taken to negative eccentric failure after concentric failure.

Muscle rounds were something that was new to me until a few weeks ago , I've really grown to like them. I hired a coach a couple weeks for his training methodology and he liked to incorporate them into training.

In that case
Standing Calf Raise - 120x26, 23
Low wide leg press - 14 plates x23, 21, widowmaker 8 plates x29
Seated leg curl - 90*22
Split Squat - 110*23
Adductor - 90*22
I've been focusing on contracting the muscle much more the last month or so since strength has been down a bit.
This helps for a few weeks when I target strength again so I'm not recruiting just anything to move the weight.
Weights will go up quite a bit in the coming weeks though.
