Mid Shrug - 80*23
Close grip bench - 185*22, 21
Still focusing mainly on squeezing right now. It's working cause I'm very a little soreness I'm not used to having.

So, 7 days after starting prop back at 50md eod I feel MUCH better.
I felt a difference almost immediately but didn't say anything because, well, science? Lol I wanted to make sure placebo didn't come into it the best I could. I think at this point the prop has had enough time to really make a difference and has.

Coming to the end here soon.
Sex drive is returning nicely the last couple days.
Gym performance is still average. Nothing ground breaking there still. Pumps that were debilitating when starting trest are just good now.
I've reached the point where noticeable progress has pretty much stopped and this means it's time to move on.
I'll write my full review in the coming days but I will say, I've enjoyed my experiment a lot.

Final Review
This was a fun little experiment Ill admit. I started with 50mg Trest Ace and 50mg Test prop EOD then switched to 75/50 2 weeks in. At week 5 I dropped test completely and continued the Trest at 75mg EOD until a little over ago (2 weeks total) when i added prop back in at 50mg.
Weight gain was pretty rapid. Surprisingly it was also not super watery either. I did keep a rather strict diet the entire time and finished up right at 10lbs and what looks like the same body fat. Now when I DID cheat or have some shitty food, water poured on me. I think that as long as users keep a strict diet and don't eat like shit, they will have great increases in intra muscular water along with some decent gains in lean tissue.
Strength stayed the same the entire time. I didnt have any increases or decreases but kept right about where I was during the first part of my cruise with test only. Ive heard of big jumps in strength with trest but, i dunno that its the hormone causing this, the increase in body weight or maybe other things used on cycle. For me, no changes here.
Mood was a bit wonky. At the start of the cycle I had some big mood swings. I had a couple days spread out there in weeks 2-4 where I almost felt like I was fighting off depression. This went away after the 2nd or third time and didnt return. Nothing changed just overall time on. Mood otherwise was very good. Plenty of drive while I had test in the mix and felt great. Almost like a Test and Dbol cycle if I could compare to anything.
Pumps were some of the best ive ever had. Painful to say the least. All day fullness and quite veiny too. Like i said, these are some of the best if not THE best pumps ive ever had period.
Cardio/Performance were impacted in my case. My cardio felt much the same as if I were on tren the final few weeks. Short of breath and easily winded. This impacted gym performance some but increased rest between sets fixed that easy enough.
Sex Drive was AMAZING while test was in the mix. Couldnt get enough and zero issues with erection quality or ability to have one. Really impressed with this aspect WITH test in the mix.
Body comp changes were also very good. This would be the tren like effect that trest carries with it. For the first few weeks I could see changes almost daily in body fat and lean tissue. Visiual changes that quick are hard to reproduce and tren ace is the only thing that comes close. Over eat on a training day, next day youre watery, day after your dry and full as fuck. Nutrient partioning is playing a big role there as I eluded to earlier with the pumps being so intense all the time.
Now the final few weeks i completely removed test to see what would happen and I am not too happy that I did. Cliff notes version since this is getting a little long winded -
Sex Drive Crashed
Energy Crashed
Strength - Little dip not much
Pumps down
Mood got worse and I was much easier to annoy then normal.
In short, I would recommend ALWAYS using a test base with Trest of 100-175mg. I chose prop ester since its easy to manipulate and since Trest Acetate was being injected every other day it fit nicely.
Overall I enjoyed Trest and I will use it again during cruise periods where I cut test down.
Now, I DONT believe this is some super drug that will make you huge and produce drastic LONG LASTING changes in body composition. To me it seems like its going to be much like a strong oral steroid where, you see major changes rapidly but, you also see those major changes leave rapidly as well. This is one of the reasons why I did choose to run it during a low test period before I started test at a higher dose to see if I could actually hold these gains or if they would dissapear anyways.
I would NOT recommend this to anyone who isnt VERY versed in AAS. I didnt have any issues with estrogen physically but, I did have mental sides from what Im sure was high E2. That being sai, I havent had bloods done yet (tomorrow I draw) to be sure or not. If trest really does aromitase like its said too, you could fuck up really easily and have a nightmare even with the acetate ester if you arent careful....I mean fuck, I ran 1mg of adex the entire time and I still felt like a girl at times.
I hope this was a good final review for you guys. PLEASE ask if i Missed something you are curious about. (NOT WHERE I GOT IT EITHER YOU BUMS)

Feeling stronger today for whatever reason. Still to early for the drugs to be kicked in but, was nice to get back under that much weight on Squats.
Rest tomorrow with low carbs and hopefully a nap.
