Also added in 25mg Proviron ED.
Popped .5mg Caber two days ago to see if it would help with the emotional aspect as well. Think it may have cause my mood has gotten noticeably better yesterday and today.
Now we're running -

I've done rice , sweet potatoes , simple surgery carbs like cereal or pancakes post workout I think that's the only period where carb source doesn't matter , all the matters is replenishing glycogen stores as quick as possible.
Nice log so far brother very detailed

Yeah I only use cereal post workout. Been doing that going on about a year now mixed with egg whites.
Easy, quick and, it let's me get another meal in quickly since it's digested pretty fast.
I'll have about 75g carbs from the cereal with 40g protein from the eggs then, 80-160g carbs from rice about an hour later. Has worked pretty well to this point.

I stay pretty strict on Prepping. I'll have off plan meals once or twice a week but, usually it's groundhog day.
Is that stir fry? Looks like a curry almost.
