Montego Trest Experiment
I started a Trest cycle about 10 days ago. I'll update what's happened during this time when I have a minute tomorrow or tonight.
Cycle is -
50mg Trest Acetate Eod
50mg Test Prop EOD
. 5mg adex ED
I'll adjust the trest up a little after I see how things will go.
I'll be carb cycling. Looking for quality increase in lbm but shedding a little fat too.
Non training days -
Meal 1 -
6 whole eggs
5 whites
Meal 2 -
4 boiled eggs
4oz home made jerky
Meal 3 -
10oz chicken breast
1c greens
1/4 cup almonds
Meal 4 -
50g whey
1tbsp on
Meal 5 -
10oz chicken
1c greens
2tbsp EVOO
Meal 6 -
4 boiled eggs
1 avocado
Meal 7 -
10oz chicken
1c greens
Meal 8 -
10oz flank
2c greens
1tbsp evoo
Training Days -
Same as above besides meals 4-6
Meal 4 -
Intra shake
60g hbcd, 20g eaa, 5g creatine, 2g CM, 5g Glutamine
Meal 5 -
Post workout
2c whites
1c blueberries
1/2c oats
Meal 6 -
10oz chicken
250g whites Rice
I will run 3-4 days as above then load.
On loading days carbs will start at 500g and all fats taken out.
Training is Fortitude Training. Hit everything 3x a week besides biceps with low volume.

Starting pic is from start of cycle. Was sitting around 238-240 and 6 weeks off everything besides a 250mg test and 100mg Npp.

So my experience this far (11 days) with the trest.
Not much the first few days. I did get a little extra water retention after my first load but it fell off a day later.
Around day 5,i found notice a slight increase in fullness and a definite increase in sweating. I would compare it to tren in the sweat department but for different reasons. Holding that extra bit of water is gonna make you sweat more, not from heat.
Now day 7 gets interesting. I am A VERY calm person. I don't get moody and I think through situations pretty well before acting. On day 7 I had a fit of depression. Just A REALLY bad day where everything and everyone sucked. Not normal, even on high doses of tren or anything else.
Day 8 - all good. No mood swings. Fullness is even better.
Day 9 - Like day 7, really bad day again. Tren type jealously I've heard people talk about but never experienced myself. Almost made a rash decision over something very little in my personal life.
Day 10 - Better but still a bit moody. I can notice increased fullness a lot now. Very round and vascular during the day. Weight hovering about 244 which is 4lbs over starting weight. Little water but not too too much.
Day 11 - today. Good mood. Fullness is there and I'm up a bit from my load yesterday. Little more water then I typically hold after a load. Strength got better today too. No huge jump but an extra rep or two from cruise sets 3 weeks ago in certain exercises.

Not when running trest. It aromitase SO MUCH that this type of dose is actually needed. I'll have bloowork pulled but all the log/bloods I've seen of guys running similar doses across the board, e2 was just in range.
But, to your point, yes that's a lot of adex in general. I'll have a hard time judging my lipids when I bloods pulled.... Won't know if it's the trest or the adex causing the elevation.
