Last night was a pretty good night.

I was on 3-11 this week at work. Friday had to go in 7p-7a. Have to be back by 3pm today for 3-11shift. Then be back by morning for 7a-7p. Besides changing my schedule i had a good night.

Finished one HIIT/ jog combo for 45 minutes.

Also another 30 minutes of HIIT.

Every 4th lap i would do 25 pushup, 25 lunges, 25 knee ups.

Push ups. Changed from standard, to military, to diamonds, to declines.

Also finished off shoulders and stretching.

Delts included. Hopefully i will sleep well this morning. I have to be back in here by 3pm. Update later everyone.

Monday will be my 3rd pin of 250mg of test e.

Ok just made it home. Will do abs and hopefully i can get to bed by 9am. 5 hrs of sleep will work. Update in a bit if im up or after 3pm when i make it back to work.
