Sorry everyone im here. Been rough last two weeks. My 6yr old has been sick for a few weeks. Not really getting better. Than , the kids caught a bad stomach virus..shitting, throwing up.
Long story short things had gotten worse. He has fluid in his lung ,
Bronchial wall thickening, suggestive of reactive airway obstruction(disease).
Now my 4 yr old is beginning to sound bad also. Not sure what the hell is going on!!!

A month later im here alive. Sorry family was a major concern.

Last night i believe i hit about 4 miles.
Workout only consisted of shoulders. But was solid.
Overhead press 4 sets x 12,
alt arm swimmer press 4 sets x 12
Upright rows 4 sets x 12
Side lateral raises 4 sets x 12,12,10,10
rear flyes 4 sets x 15,15,12,12
front lateral raises 4 sets x 15,12,12,10
high rows 4 sets x 12
My left delt is a little sore today.
My calves are also.
About 3am I will hit bi/tri /forearm.
Finished off one mix of HIIT/jogging 27minutes.
Would like at least one more run before the night is out.

Just finished up a late workout.
I feel good but shaky. I know i pushed myself thru this workout didnt take it slow or easy. Im gonna be sore 2 days from now! Lmao.. I just blew up arms. Will update when i get home.
I did some stretching before and after running earlier and some abs after running.
Will do my ab workout when i get home. Hopefully i will get some solid sleep today.
Will have to take some red kratom .
Also i forgot to mention im using Recons Organisms for support supps. Right now.
Have to pick up a few other things. Waiting on tb500. Update after i get home and do abs.

Damn. I'm hungry and that looks tasty. Good to see you back at it man. I hitbthe gym today earlier. First time in almost three weeks. Felt weak as hell but man I felt good getting in there.

Thanks. Yea time off really sucks! Was dam 60degrees today and humid. Now its almost freezing. By tomorrow i think highs will only be in the 20's. 40-60 degree temp swing in only a few days. First from single digits up to 60 now back down to highs of 20's. Wonder why everyone is sick as hell!!

Last night was a pretty good night.
I was on 3-11 this week at work. Friday had to go in 7p-7a. Have to be back by 3pm today for 3-11shift. Then be back by morning for 7a-7p. Besides changing my schedule i had a good night.
Finished one HIIT/ jog combo for 45 minutes.
Also another 30 minutes of HIIT.
Every 4th lap i would do 25 pushup, 25 lunges, 25 knee ups.
Push ups. Changed from standard, to military, to diamonds, to declines.
Also finished off shoulders and stretching.
Delts included. Hopefully i will sleep well this morning. I have to be back in here by 3pm. Update later everyone.
Monday will be my 3rd pin of 250mg of test e.

Ok just made it home. Will do abs and hopefully i can get to bed by 9am. 5 hrs of sleep will work. Update in a bit if im up or after 3pm when i make it back to work.

Ok as many of you know ive been out a few weeks. Due to kids, with the flu and me getting pneumonia. but im back.
