Thread: Jtizzle's progress..

So I took measurements today , chest , arms , thighs and stomach..
Last time I measured was Nov. 1st,,,
gained 3/4" on arms
gained 1" legs
gained 1" on chest
Lost 2" around stomach...
All the while added around 12 lbs.... Happy JTizzle today ...

BTW: started current cycle Dec. 4th so a big part of this was due to me taking a month before cycle to dial in diet and training...

What are your overall plans for this year JT?

to end up @ 260lbs and at or below 8% BF... If I hit that goal before 2012 is over I'll make another one quickly

Phenomenal!!!! That is my goal as well... Almost exactly. I want 260 @ 8%. Maybe 9% What cycles are you planning? Maybe GH year round?

Not stepped into the GH arena so far.. This year I am looking for slow , steady, quality gains. I am going to utilize a few 16 week cycles of Test + EQ with 6 week stretches of Tren and when my BF gets down finish off with Masteron....
