1/2 hr to 45 min lifting. 1/2 hr cardio. More time if my bullshitters are are working out.
60 to 90 minutes lifting weights and on days with cardio I add an additional 45-60 minutes for that in the AM time allowing.

50-60 minutes lifting. but i dont talk to no one. im in my own world
I train hard everyday for the competition called Life.
Most day at least 60 to 90 minutes..And at least 5 to 6 days a week..I have a home home gym so I don't have time to B.S. with no one except my workout partner..we are usually pretty serious....
Home gym.
45 min to 1:15, depending on the day. What the hell is cardio??? My gym doesn't have that.

I am working out for 45,90mins depending on the gear I'm on, and body part being worked. Certain gears allow me to recover far better than others.
