Fucked my metabolism.
So, I started doing fasted workouts and intermittent fasting, etc, and I think all this fasting has bought my metabolism to a grinding hault.
What do you guys suggest I do to speed up my metabolism??
Details on me, 27yo, 170lbs, 5'8" 15% bf, 500mg/wk test c, first cycle.
I want to speed up my metab without packing on more fat.
Also dont want to take any fat loss stuff like clen or whatever.
I'm having a really hard time getting my bf% down any, and its driving me crazy.
What do you guys suggest in order to drop body fat?
I work out 6 days a week, I usually strength train for 45 mins, then do cardio for 30.
Except on ab days, I will do ab stuff for an hour then do cardio for 45 mins.
Cardio I run/bike/stair step machine/step downs, whatever feels right on that day.

Diet is most important in my opinion. What’s worked for me is cutting carbs. Keto works. Carb cycling works.

How many calories below your burn are you? You cut out sugar right?

Agree with sls1025, diet is key, and you may want to try something else, keto worked good for me at one time but I am not doing it now.
My metabolism is fire when I eat every two hours.. So that is what I have been doing about the past 2 months. Hell I am cruising right now and still loosing weight (fat). I have been doing more cardio lately, but I am eating at least 500 over maintenance. If your body is constantly digesting food it is using more energy to make energy. And of course plenty of water helps....

Well when I diet,my metabolism really kicks in,takes about 2 weeks but then the more I eat the more weight I would lose,now this was when I was wanting to lose weight not gain

When you tank your metabolism you need to give feed it more to reboot and jump it
