I used to do 21s also been a whhhhiiiilllleee u mean 7 7 7 as far as movements right 7 upper 7 lower then 7 full correct???

That's one way to do it. But I do my 21s wide grip, regular grip and close grip. For me just give me that overall roundness a bicep suppose to have.

Or 28's. I use to have one of these . I loved it. Very strict and controlled.
