Did some meal prep for tomarrow, chicken breast, brown rice, with green beans. Also boild a dozen eggs.....I was down from last september till a week before christmass due to herniated dics in my lower back. Ive been taking it slow but now is the time to push for my comeback before fire season. A big shoutout to GainTrain for the meal prep ideas, its quick, and the kids enjoy it, plus with 4 kids my wife and I are on a budget and this aint expensive at all...

Ran 5 miles with my oldest son tonight, hes nearly 10, he kept up the whole time, hes a chip off the old block hahahaha....I didnt feel to bad, after those herniated dics I have Sciatica down my left butt cheek to my knee, then it pretty numb from the knee to my tingling foot....
Im about to feed 4 monsters then put them down for the night, then its quiet time....cheers brothers!!!
