Need Cycle Guidance
Hey Bros. New to the page and would like some advice. I have never ran a cycle before and would like some advice on what i should run for my first cycle. I am wanting to make some gains and lean up. I do quite a bit of cardio and lift 4 days a week. I do the KETO diet, which is another question i have, is this diet good to run a cycle on? I have ordered jintropin from a sponsor here and the transactions always went well, decided to join and see about getting suggestions on sponsors to use for anavar and test E. Or take suggestions of other gear to cycle as a beginner.
I am 5'11", 180lbs, 25% body fat. Not impressive but working on it.
Open ear to suggestions. Remember i am a beginner.

Youre one inch taller than me but got more body fat. Personally i would work out in the gym for 3 months at least before hitting up the aas. I ran things fresh off once after a long time of absence. It made everything harder from e control to everything else. Plus keeping gains could bring issues. If you will hit it tho id recomend low doses of test since youre more likely to respond on your first cycle. You will gain insane weight from a 12 weeker of cypionate. I gained 28lbs totalling now at 46lbs total in 9 months

How old are you brotha?
First cycle is basically always reccomended to be 500 test e or c for 10-16 weeks
Hcg 250 iu 2xweek
Adex on hand or .25mg eod and adjusted as bloodwork shows fit
Standard pct 2 weeks after last shot
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50
Per week for 4 weeks.
I’d do plenty of your own research before you take the plunge.

Anyways welcome bro. I'm the same height as you but around 165 you should def try and drop some bf before beginning so you can see your gains in a positive way. Just my thoughts though.

this is definitely the quintessential "first cylce." I would follow jackmans cycle to the letter.
There is a multitude of reasons for running a single compound. this shit can be hard on your body so no need to go crazy right out of the gate. And later if you add compounds individually reactions or issues can be pinpointed more precisely. Get bloodwork before, during and after your cycle. its important for dialing in ai dose/ or need, monitoring hgb, and making sure that your hpta has recovered post cycle. you can use an online lab like privatemdlabs. sign up to get 15% coupon and get a hormone panal for females. it will run about 55 bucks. well worth it. Keep in mind if you are not at least late 20s you should wait as you could permanently damage your hpta. good luck and don't forget this shit aint a miracle worker you must lift often, lift heavy and eat clean.
