As far as training goes today was delts:
Military press 5x8-12 reps
Rear delt cable flies 4x12-16 reps
Lateral delt cable raises 3x10-12
Side delt machine 2 sets with drop sets and burn out set
Didn't do any front raises today bc I had a pretty bad click in my left shoulder. Only a matter of time before I need major surgery. But I got some NPP on the way to toss in for the 2nd part of my cycle.
I did stick with my cardio and did 15 (not 30) minutes on bike. But my legs were so trashed from heavy squats yesterday.

Stay working out. Great results so far.. only gets better as long as you take your self to the gym. That's the hard part everything else will fall in place. Good job and best of luck in the future.

I don't get anything per sale though and I hate using people.
I have done Network marketing and it usually centers around a companies products. And usually you pay more for similar products (you can get elsewhere) so that each person above you makes a percent.
The difference is (the reason I'm ok with it) your saving money by using the coupons on products you'd buy anyway. I just get rewarded by referring people. There is no monthly obligation shit. Redcon1 is redcon1 either way, the supplements are the same so if you can save 10-30% and I can get my back scratched why not?
If it cost more money to buy redcon1 and use my code I'd say don't do it!! That's stupid don't spend more so I can get a few points. I liked redcon1 before I was an operator, thats why I applied for them twice.
I think optimum nutrition, 1st phorm, muscle Pharm and BSN all make great products too.
The big picture is..... If I walk the walk talk the talk and hold myself accountable in every way I can get in the best shape of my life. I refuse to wear a BOP, redcon1 or any t shirt and not look the part. If I can't be the best me or working towards it then whats the point.
Sorry for the long post..even though I know born was joking I wanted to make sure i explained the diff for some of those people that maybe just saw Amway and didn't know the difference.

4x10-12 Barbell rows
4x12-15 Standing cable low rows
4x 8-12 1 arm landmine rows
4x 8-15 Lat pulldowns (ran the rack on the last set, dropped it and and to failure 4 drop sets)
If you haven't tried the landmine rows I love them. The arc the bar and weight travel in keeps the form perfect and makes you use your back. Hard as fuck to grip the fat bar tip with CTS though so thank God for Versa gripps.
I did keep up with my cardio after my workout. 25 minutes not 30 bc I was so tired and wanted to do a few sets of core. Even though my diet is never perfect, I THINK 30 minutes of cardio after my workout is trimming my waist up this week. We will see.
4 sets of sit ups
4 sets of cable chops
4 sets of low back hyperextensions
Diet was pretty good today. I did have a couple of my girls fiber1 bars after the gym. But coulda been worse I felt sugar deprived.
Progress pics tomorrow. Little over my halfway mark to 16 weeks. 8 weeks and 5 days tomorrow. I like to take pics in the morning after my shit and my gf is never here in the mornings when I get up so that's why I didn't take them on Monday.
