EQ thickens me up and to top it off the diameter of my rbc is always high... as long as I donate when allowed and do my platelets every 2 weeks I stay on the low end of the high range.. I went 12 weeks before while running 900mg/week eq and I thought I was going to die... took me almost 2 months to return back to a normal feeling lol... so I’ll never exceed 600 and I operate just fine on 400 with noticeable results...
If you can’t Red Cross, they have those places you can sell your blood too.. but they can be kinda grimy though since it’s pretty much active dope shooters selling blood for cash... they use your blood for testing not to save people though.. so they don’t really care
I'm a clean freak, ocd, germaphobe. I don't think I could give blood in those places. Luckily we have some blood donation centers that shouldn't give me too much trouble.
I'm just kinda wondering if its counter-productive to give blood while on EQ since you're basically flushing out all the hormones you just put in?
But yeah, It's my first time running a compounds other than test. I'll be running 500 Test-E with 600 EQ.

Upon wake up:
Hit the gym fasted
With post workout breakfast:
4 cups cinnamon infused folders coffee (1- 7-11 mug full)(calories not included)
Meals:
9:00am Meal 1 - post workout
Calories: 855
10 servings egg whites
5 farm fresh large eggs
3oz country ground sausage
4:00pm Meal 2
Calories: 1,929
12oz turkey thigh
1 serving green bean casserole
3 small dinner rolls w/butter
8oz candied yams
1 cup mashed potatoes
6oz pickled beets
1 serving cranberry sauce
8oz stuffing
6:30pm Meal 3
Calories: 291
1/2 cup apple crisp with fresh apples
Overall great day... early wake up for work tomorrow though so I didn’t want to go too crazy... will hit the bed around 9 after those sleep aids kick in... hoping to have another off the wall crazy dream like last night lol.. I don’t really dream so when I get them, I love to relive them until they disappear from my memory...
CTS is still sticking around... can’t wait for it to go away... I just want my body to be fully clear and in normal range before I lift off again with the hgh... just placed order to fully stock up for 2019 with t4.. I will run that this time to compare notes and bloodwork from not...

I didn’t want to log it lol... however it detoured me from round 2.. as I weighed and logged everything out, getting all the stupid responses from the others lol... it really made me think, so I want to do it? The answer was yes... yes I did want too... however, pancake Saturday I wanted a bit more lol... so I held off... Saturday will be a big eat day I’m planning on getting a burger from my favorite place and fully loaded Tater tots... on top of pancake breakfast... oh yeah baby!
