Days 164 & 165

Took the weekend off and spent extra time with my girl... she was feeling a bit ignored and I’m definitely a bit on the insensitive side of my cycle and not in tune like I’d normally be... so I left it open to fill in the gaps for her this weekend with only quick jump one to the internet and such while in the bathroom or in between times of doing stuff...

I got my eat on yesterday and realized pasta doesn’t go well with me.. at all.. so I’ll find other avenues for carbs other than pasta in the future..

Ready for the week and looking forward to jumping back down to lower carb diet and getting rid of the bloat and ride out the next 5 weeks as such while I wind this thing down and back into cruise...

I stay away from anything Gatorade though.. just personal preference. I hate companies that use poison under the guise of healthy and sell it as such... just like Kellogg’s, Quaker and all them dick noses... but again, I can be overly picky about ingredients.. maybe even a bit obsessive and in some cases possibly misinformed

Oh I gotcha. Personally I don't even look at the ingredients to be honest, even though I probably should. If it fits my macros, it's going in my mouth. No homo LOL.

I feel ya. Gatorade definitely markets in a bad way. Their bars are tasty, and the macros are OKAY... ish.

Yellow #5 and the red, green, blue etc... those effing things jack me up.. I get weird responses in my body from foods that have that crap in them... high fructose corn syrup sends my reflux into hyper drive as well...

Only thing I really try to avoid is MSG. Shit makes me tired and numb.

Anything else is free game.

So no Chinese food for you! Lol.. that crap bloats me up pretty bad as well! But I do love to indulge in some Chinese food about once a month anyway

Hey brother! Been thinking about you lately man. Hope all has sorted itself out for you!

Yeah the m-in law has progressed a bit.. I bought her a mobile scooter like the type you see the people st the Walmart’s ride on... so now she goes to her meals.. i took out her bed frame so her beds closer to the floor... which I thought would make things more difficult for her... but it worked out for some reason... she hasn’t fallen in a long time.. my girls gotten her into a new doc who’s getting her all caught up on the medications she needs.. so there seems to be improvements at least... she even cane out for thanksgiving and did pretty good..

It’s helpful she’s doing things on her own at least too as far as going to her meals at the community... so crossing fingers she continues to improve ;0)
