Today was leg day, quick session so I could make my ass doctors appointment... which sucked... she basically tore me in half from my asshole to slap a couple bands up in my mangina... she didn’t even offer a cuddle after or nothing... anyway my leg days will be different over the next 8 weeks I guess... no squats or sled type machines.. so hopefully I can find all the work arounds to do instead, that won’t blow out my asshole while trying to heal... I guess there’s physical therapy I will have to do as well lol... I swear life just gets fucking more weird by the day lol...
