Work went alright today.. definitely had a little trouble warming up my engines to get rolling into the work day lol... not my most productive day today.. but I still got the job done.
I was super tired when I got home and my brain went into over drive trying to convince me to just stay home where it痴 warm... all the while I popped some anavar and started getting dressed anyway and allowed my smart feet to get me where I needed to go.. once at the gym and in my warm up sets, it痴 like an inner demon took over... I went straight beast mode and there was no stopping me... veins started bulging, blood was pumping, chest was heating up... I smoked my routine and almost stayed longer... but my calories are not enough for the day and I may have pushed over already.. but yesterday痴 down day should help in the bigger picture... I walked out of the gym feeling like the hulk... my ILS in full effect lol jk jk jk I don稚 walk around like that I swear... I was blessed with the euphoric feeling I get after pushing myself past limits... a natural high indeed... drank my shake, showered and now winding down for the night...

haha invisible lat syndrome. Man.. when I used to go to public gyms around here... There were so many guys who did that. Small guys too... If you got the lats for it, I say rock out with your cock out, but can't go around doing that with no width. I personally would not be able to do it LOL...

I知 a half lat guy lol... my left side will never be like my right side... not that I have much there anyway... i had a bull riding injury that required them to cut me up like a prime rib to gain access to cut out a rib and murder the nerve sitting somewhere behind it... so if I pose, I知 only halfway there lol... I was always curious if I could regenerate y誕ll that they cut out... I値l report back here in 10 years to see if it can be done or not ;0)
I laugh seeing the guys at my gym do it though... one dude actually has huge ass lats... but he still lifts his arms up even higher.., I知 like yo mofo, just rest them puppies, you got the clearance lol..

Not sure what痴 going on with my body today... but I swore eventually I was going to lock up and cease up... anytime I put tension on any muscle it would knot right up and cramp into a tight locking ball... so painful... I致e had an episode on a single muscle, mainly hamstrings before.. never a full body assault... my muscles are so weak today and I had zero stamina... I致e been eating good.. not too much today, but plenty in the tank and reserves from all week... 90min full body firm and effective massage every week... I take plenty of potassium and I drink water like a dehydrated camel... so odd.. very out of the blue... I don稚 understand wtf... I知 literally on the very ass end of my current cycle.. like last week.. maybe it痴 time for a break... I知 clueless tbh. I don稚 like it though lol.. I lock all up in cramps that I have to force the muscle to stretch back out...
I went and did my workout.. had to fight to get it done... but after blood was moving good, no issues... cool down, back at it again... ggggrrrr

Wish I had big lats. I'm small af compared to most of yall on here. Maybe that's my body dysmorphia talking, who knows. A lot of my friends that lift with me think I'm crazy for thinking that. I look in the mirror and I see an imperfect, do you even lift build LOL... I just wanna be jacked, life is hard hahah.
