      I’m on the road to curl the 110’s man... that’s my goal... it’s funny though... last night I was reflecting how when the 45’s felt just like the 70’s did... then I remembered when I first started up again that I was repping the 25’s and maxing out on those 45’s... I’m aggressively seeking those 110’s though... I go over and lift them out of the rack every arm day to feel them... one day I’ll be lifting them.. guarantee it.

      What pisses me off is the evasive 80 though... I thought for sure I’d hit them last night... couldn’t get them more than half way though... sooner or later... ;0)

      Have yourself a kick ass day my brother! We got snow last night so everyone’s freaking out in our rear wheel drive trucks lol..

      Them 110s are for pressing! Your that guy that walks up and starts curling what I’m deadlifting!

      Well let’s please keep in mind these are stand up dumbbell curls lol... incline dumbbell curls require more flexor which mine are lacking lol...

      But honestly my arms are only strong because they have to be to get pipe wrenched in and out, 40-50’ up in the air or in tight attic type constricted/claustrophobic type areas with hardly any room for leverage to push or pull wrenches lol...

      But those 110’s will be mine... or my arms fall off trying... I’m just hoping I don’t snap off a bicep in the process... I’m super afraid of that...

      I couldn't do that. I was thinking about interviewing for a job at a steam plant but some of the work you had to on permanent scaffolding. Even tall ladders freak me out.

      They fit pipe similar to us.. in fact, steam pipe fitters and sprinkler fitters are in one of the same unions out here.. yeah it’s the wrong profession for me as heights isn’t my thing either lol.. it gets sketchy as hell... most times I secure myself to the sprinkler mains instead of the lifts that I’m in... I install the pipe, I know it’s not going anywhere lol... those lifts, are freaky to me...

      Here’s a pic of scaffolding I had to use in a church.. but I even had to use an 8ft ladder on the top because the scaffolding still wasn’t high enough lol.. but I couldn’t get a lift in there, so I had to build and use the scaffolding... not a good day for me

      This one was 10ft per level.. allegedly heavy duty
