      Been taking yet another page outta your play book. I wake up angry or irritated fairly often...no idea what that is. I致e started immediately thinking about what I知 grateful for. Instant solution....has taken zero time to see huge changes.

      Lol only took me almost 15 years brother! Well technically I started working on my shit around the 5 year mark actually!! Like you said though, we hear it when we池e meant to hear it ;0) just don稚 let it go once you get it like I did... it痴 a bitch trying to relearn what already was learned!

      But you池e so right... it痴 the little things man.. things normally taken for granted or not even given much, if any, thought... that make the difference... I honestly feel that by giving notice to these things, to really notice them, helps me really keep things into perspective...

      Like puppy kisses... wtf is up with puppy kisses having such a huge and positive impact to ones soul?!? It痴 like instant take over. Any problems, issues, negativity or anything at all, up until that moment the puppy blesses you with kisses, gone... completely disappear... nothing but puppy kisses matters... complete and pure escape from all else reality... it痴 magic... life can be full of such moments.. if we just give voice to the little things ;0)

      5 positives to counteract 1 negative... we need to pummel every negative with at least 5 positives just to neutralize that 1 negative... it痴 the actual true formula... I知 trying to fill my positive bank up.. it痴 working though! One day at a time!
