Crazy work day today... this weeks going to be brutal... fuck it, dig in and get through it right? One day at a time...
Blasted arms today... felt good today despite being worn out... there’s a huge difference in what I’m feeling, already, from switching over to SL gear... i won’t comment any further than that regarding old stuff lol... no point... but yeah, I felt my body temp incinerating during my workout... cardio was fucking very difficult to get through. I almost quit... but I told myself to just go 5 more min... then 5 more... got through 30min before I was just done... 3.0 miles only. Slow as a turtle today...

Chest day today... kept my weight where I needed to keep my rep range between 6-8 per set (minus the 25reps x’s 12 sets, SS with other DB sets... 10lb plate extensions) I’m in a grouchy mood today for whatever reason... two douche bags sporting golds gym gear showed up (to a 24/hr fitness. There’s literally no golds gyms out here lol) and literally throwing dumbbells down after each set... I explained to them that 1. If they’re unable to properly set the weight down after their set is complete, it’s to heavy for them... and 2. if their fucking dumbbells touch my goddamn body after they throw them, I will no joke smash their fucking heads in with a 45lb plate on their next set... they puffed up their chests and started running their mouths a little bit... I smiled at them and simply stated, all they had to do was touch me with one goddamn dumbbell. Otherwise their gum flapping was meaningless.... all they proceeded to do was mad dog me in the mirror and do chin raises at me... but they sure didn’t throw the fucking dumbbells... I announced I’d be finishing in a few more sets if they cared to talk... Then after, I blew them a kiss and walked out to my car... they did not come out... maybe it’s the heat... maybe the crappy sleep last night... maybe the exhausting day... I don’t feel this is AAS related reaction... this is a me related reaction... but I’m keeping tabs on it... I don’t need help being aggressive. It runs thick in my blood and took many years to learn how to control... still note-worthy... and fuck them... let’s see if they come tomorrow... Dbag tourists come and go all the time...

Good work CowboyMike! That story made me smile....and I wish I could have been there to see it in person. I can understand being aware of and keeping control over aggression...but what you did was protect what's yours, as you should have. Fuckheads like that can't understand that they are fucking with the equipment of every person that uses that gym to work out. Their world revolves around them. Thank you for clearing that misunderstand up for them.
