From 7years old to 14yrs. It became a habit. I can do it easily now at any time. I mainly use it to keep my weight/bf % low. It works and; like you said, you get this {I cleansed my body feeling} a positive feeling.

Well, the body weights dropping too fast and I’m getting in trouble from my doc lol.. I showed him my diet and that I’m eating over 3k calories... I did lie and say I’ve been doing more cardio lately, which he told me to do more of for my heart. I dropped 15 pounds total now and sitting at 220... but look, there’s still lots of BF to go... so I’m just praying I’m not loosing too much muscle.. hopefully it’s just the water weight fluctuating... or something to do with my recent fast.

When u get a chance CowboyMike, tell me what you think of s4 and any effects you may notice/benefits. I have seen a big resurgence of sarms/secretogogues/ peptides again. Appreciate your log as always. Have you tried that Korean green aloe drink with the chunks it? I have been enjoying the benefits a lot. Stomach comfort/ etcz.

Tbh so far I don’t really notice any difference with the s-4.. but I’ll run it out and see if something makes itself known later.
What is this Korean drink you speak of?!? I hope it’s not that kratom crap lol.. I got an almost full bag of that stuff I can’t even drink.
I like the sound of anything comforting to the belly... mines been through enough. I’m trying to take really good care of it now. I do like those Asian bubble tea drinks. Is it like that?
