I always feel like I’m not doing enough. That my workouts aren’t good enough. But when I feel the soreness, I at least know I must’ve done something right.. my legs are weird. My hardest body part to grow. But they never stay sore more than the next day after workout. Everything else is sore for days lol. I use them so much for work and ladders/stairs, lifting heavy pipe.. I just figure they’re use to abuse.
