This week I’m going to try out a tortilla casserole without the tortillas.. basically the same above but with different seasonings, add in corn, cheese and taco sauce instead of spaghetti sauce ;0) normally you bake with corn tortillas on-top that get crispy and yummy.. but ill skip that. Next week I’m going lower carb (ill be switching every week back and forth)

I ended up cooking the meats and then doing a layering style bake to tie them all together.. i forgot tomatoes and cilantro though :0( Next week ;0)

Happy Monday y’all! Another opportunity to kick ass for another week! Started off good thats for sure. Smashed arms tonight. Sticking with lower volume and concentration on the eccentric portion of my movements. Remaining slow and controlled, strict and with purpose. I was blessed with noodle arms that i could hardly bend or lift up to even open my car door lol... kind of hoping they get as sore as last week. I really kinda liked it. Dispute the pain.
Tomorrow is massage and filling out paperwork to finally get finalized to get the Xyrim medication. Talk about jumping through hoops! Goodness.. hoping ill have time to hit the gym fir chest as well, but not stressing if i cant. Ill be started a new split plan on Sunday. So ill have a make up day.

Lol that was the weeks dinners worth packed away already. I rolled the rest into the wraps and put in freezer. I will be smashing those soon here. ;0) Its definitely missing something though... i wont repeat this recipe.
