Life’s turning up it seems. So much is happening all at once i kind if feel like I’m withdrawing instead of dealing with it like i should... but on the plus side i have joined up to go on a deep sea fishing trip with the other foreman. It’ll be the first time since i worked for this company to do anything with anyone else outside if work. Since i still haven’t made any friends in all the years I’ve lived here, this is a good step for me. Isolation isn’t working out for me anymore.
Hit the gym to smash chest riding on high energy despite a physical work day. Its amazing how much more gas i had in the tank and realized its because I’m not carrying the full load at work now and now i wont be as wiped out every single day... one day ill finally get my narcolepsy medication and i should be golden lol... the current meds dint really do anything for me. But at least I’m not needing a nap by 11am..

Leg day today. 1 of 2. Felt a bit rushed today due to extra hours at work and a doctors appointment afterwards. But I was still successful at strict and controlled movements.
