Had a killer day today training the new guy and everything bad that could happen, happened. Was an excellent day for training. Im glad he got to see this now instead of on his own.

I dont get to go until end of march lol.. the 28th. I’m just a little excited and posted about it now. I already bought my motion sickness stuff just in case and an insulated thermos for soup, one for coffee, a back pack that is lined to keep food cold with ice packs and ill pack with fresh turkey wraps, peeled hard boiled eggs apples and veggie snacks for crunch. Oh and protein bars.

Life’s a trip my brothers...
Put in crazy hours for work pulling 16’s for almost 3 weeks...
Didn’t work out at a gym for the last 2 of them... stuck to meals and prep though...
I basically worked all week and slept all weekend... and I’m not going to allow that ever again lol..
The work was legit physical AF though with tons of stairs and 16’ ladders for no less than 13 hours of the 16. So i didn’t just get soft and mushy during this hiatus ;0) Infact my legs started to define for me and now im able to see what i thought was a deformity in my legs (my quads felt as if i had some disfigured ridge growing on the topside... but now i can see it belongs and is s it should be. Im just not use to having it at this size was all lol...
I got flooded in a damn manhole vault one of the nights and it killed my work phone and personal phone.... i then got a replacement phone in the mail and dialed it in and I’m not kidding, end up dropping it and smashing it.. so now I’m on a new old phone waiting for my new new phone to arrive...
Anyway hope y’all have been kicking ass and taking names. Today was an easy day at work and the boss filled out my week with easy inspections and testing back-flows. So hopefully the gym will be open so i can get to tearing some fibers up.
Looking forward to catching back up with you all ;0)

Ill be taking an easy approach back into my log... get back into the swing of things.. ive decided to drop to a normal test only cruise for now. Which ill be needing to stock up soon. I got more NPP than i know what to do with lol.. but i want just eq and test and going to go that route for a while...
All the corporate gyms are closed now.. luckily the mom n pop gym i quit is still open and I’m paid through the end of this month.
Got arms in tonight. Feels good to have some weight in my hands again. I definitely didn’t lose any strength. I was pleased to see this...
I feel kind of hostile lately... i seem to have zero patience or tolerance lately. Mother fuckers limiting me on shit i need, like water, eggs and meat... is starting to agitate the shit out of me... this whole virus thing has pushed my patience to the end on the line...
Anyway, enough of my negative nancy shit ;0) hope y’all had a kick ass day today!
