What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger brother, glad you are on the come up. Im happy to here ypu have taken time for yourself, thats important for peace in life.

Looks like a new job offers on the table now as well.. it’s only literally double my current wage though.. so, I’m not sure if I should take it or not

Oh! Update on those bowflex style adjustable dumbbells, garbage. Absolute garbage and I’m glad I didn’t decide to sell them.. there’s so many failure points in the mechanisms. Nothing says howdy hi like dropping 4 effing plates on your big toe... anyway, that’s my review. Those are not meant for those who will use them regularly.

Haven’t dropped the ball on my routine. My diet still sits 90%ish disciplined... had a little hiccup when I implemented a new nightly ritual that let me get off sleep meds and resolve sleep disorders somehow that I still can’t explain. It was mentioned and I tried it and I am a fan because of the results... taboo though. But for me, it’s been amazing... now if it could just resolve that narcolepsy so I can get off those meds too... I’d be an even happier camper ;0)
