Ya you have it severe then. My grandma had it like that and the only cure she found was pills illegal in the US her brother brought up from mexico. I hope you get it taken care of because she let it go too long and they cant fix her.

I may be past the point as well... but I will let the doc and the scope determine that... it’s more of a concern to prevent giving myself esophageal cancer at this point... which I’m actually doing fine with not going through this at night... as long as I don’t eat too late I won’t even experience it... but there’s always that one night or two I think it’ll be different lol.. and it’s not..

Im sorry to hear about your grandma going through it! Poor thing!!

Damn you guys got me scared of Tren again. I was on 50mg Tren A/day and I had a very mild case of acid reflux - but it was literally 24/7. I can’t imagine what I would’ve done if it got bad. That shit will make you insane.

Try this..... lower the weight you are pushing. Then make a focused effort at rolling your shoulder back and poking your chest out. Perform slow and focused reps. That’s what I had to do as well bro because I was having the same problem.

A lot of useful shit on his channel. I used to OH strict press 275 for my working sets last year, now my right front delt feels like it’s being stabbed after pumping the bar 10 times. I feel like it’s a labrum issue at this point but I dunno...I put my front delts into everything as well, but it helps to deload.
