Chest day today... the work day destroyed me. Very physical day today. I wish there was a reliable way to monitor actual calories burned all day at work... I think it would help me tremendously trying to figure out the caloric needs every day... anyway, I went to the gym despite the brain telling me it would be ok to not go since we worked so hard today lol...
