Lmao we have the residential pussys at my company too... we always rile each other up... they got it easy that痴 for damn sure!! But they get stuck on a job site for 6-8 months at a time... fuck that nonsense... my crew is the steel crew. We get to spend no more than a week on any given job.. we stack their risers, they pipe their plastic. We get bigger and stronger, they do too because they still work hard lol.. I値l stick to the commercial work though ;0)

I fear the squat though because it causes me pressure with much lighter weight.. so I値l hold off until the doc says cool. So I知 weightless walking/lunging, sledding and machining my way back there to get the glutes and hammys... I found some fun looking moves I値l script in for next weeks routine... I need to up my glute game... I sure do enjoy leg day.. I feel so euphoric afterwards... I wish any of my other gym days left me feeling like this.. but only leg day does it to me... I can稚 wait to have huge ass and defined legs... maybe I値l even obtain a Born butt in the process and drive my lady bonkers ;0) if anything, my pants will finally have a stopping point since everything痴 to big for me now lol... but I plan on re-growing my way back into them by way of muscle mass, so I値l hold on to everything. Yeah I finally had enough... after all these years... this mini dose of Parkinson痴 meds, knock it right out... I have no weird mental feeling, no sluggishness, nothing sides wise that I know of... the last time I tried meds for this, I got all the horrible sides... I hated it and swore it off... finally decided to let the doc try me on this stuff... man it痴 like magic not to have that horrible sensations in the legs when I知 trying to rest... I知 not tossing and turning or waking up anymore either... I知 a fan of the new meds!! Unfortunately though, with time the doses will have to increase he said... I hope not for a long time ;0) restless legs is the worst...

Honestly brother, it痴 hell to deal with... I highly recommend trying it out... by day two, simply one per night... problem solved... I re-up tomorrow if you want a weeks worth to sample...
