      Yeah I think they only sell it 100 pills at a time. She doesnt bitch much but she is always on her feet and complains a lot about her legs

      Its the worst when trying to relax... legs will not get comfortable no matter what you do... no stretching, jumping up n down, kicking them in the air in frustration... just an annoying sensation in the calves and hamstrings. Legs just kick around trying to shake out that feeling... but nothing will work.. except the medication lol as I found out... or when sleeping they’ll do it and it disrupts the sleep... if you have sleep apnea and restless legs, as I did, you’re truly screwed and REM sleep will be far and few between... definitely get kooky in the head...

      My offer definitely stands. I can send out a weeks worth to try. Before you purchase a big qty...

      What a damn day... started off getting all clammy and hypo.. shaky, dizzy and fuktarded... after I hauled my load of pipe two blocks and then up the 28’ extension ladder, I thought I was going to have to get air lifted off that platform lol... luckily I had suspicions prior to leaving the truck and stuffed a chicken patty and the dukes into my back pocket (in their sandwich baggies of course) and decided to bring my vitamins as well Incase I decided to eat my snack... I ate the snack and downed the vitamins and felt gtg within 15 minutes... it’s amazing to me.. I could literally feel things go off their directions and solve issues or just do their thing... sounds crazy right? But seriously, I could almost watch my sausage hands full of water disperse and my veins come shining through as water was leaving.. shaky hands became calm and steady... tingling in joints subsided to well oiled and smooth operation... dizziness subsided to clarity... color rushed back into my cheeks and clamminess went away... I don’t know how to explain it... but I feel like I could feel everything doing their jobs... or maybe I’m just losing my fucking mind lol...

      Hot as hell and exposed to the sun all day.. we stayed late to get it all done so we didn’t have to work tomorrow... many ladder trips cause the contracting company hasn’t brought in man lifts yet... doesn’t matter now anyway, that was the end of the line for the steel part of the system... the rezzy boys take over from here as they build the levels...

      At gym, I wanted to hit back today and that’s what I did... just straight up back/lats... I must say I actually really enjoyed a full focused back day... there’s actually quite the variety you can do! I admit I was on JEFIT looking up exercises lol.. I’ll be needing to strengthen my lower back I can see plain as day...

      Im definitely beat though...

      30 min elliptical
      3.5 miles, setting 12
      135-140 stride pace the whole time


      9:00pm will be
      50mg proviron
      50mg metoprolol (BP meds)
      .5mg ropinirole (for restless leg syndrome)
      2-Costco sleep aid

      You should try a humalog crash lol!

      If it makes you hungry natty when you go hypo the humalog crashing you to 40 or below will make you eat 5000 calories in 2 minutes!

      Dunno why but my blood sugar has been crashing natty a lot lately.
