      believe it or not, but Tren CAN fuck with your BG...

      come to think of it...
      there isnt much biologically tren DOESNT fuck with!
      For me...
      it plays HELL on my pituitary gland... my seratonin levels do a backflip...
      I become a dark, brooding, selfish evil asshole...
      i cannot do tren more than 200mgs anymore...
      my girls dont need to see that side of me....

      Guys... Tren will absolutely EAT through glycogen.. and us being worker bees...
      that will cause some hypo issues for us...
      carry some candy, yes candy, like nerds or gummy bears with you always when running tren...

      Im agitated at myself for not thinking things through here at the end of my day... total fuktard moment and completely threw myself off.. I had to workout with an extremely full tummy and needless to say that sucked lol... I’m seriously still full and uncomfortable!!

      Whatever, it is past and nothing I can do now about it but move forward and give it another go tomorrow...

      I am honestly a little intimidated by this new diet method... this equates to a much higher volume of food... more food than I’m use to eating that’s for sure... it’s going to be an adjustment indeed... but I gotta give it a go and see what happens... trusting the process here. Remembering I don’t know shit. And what I think I know, is mostly bullshit anyway and I’m here to relearn and reprogram with the correct and proper information ;0) but geezus I had to force myself to swallow most of this food today lol... I was not hungry that’s for sure...


      I did however blow my arms out and beat them into submission... I can honestly say I’ve never worked my arms out like this ever before... to complete failure... complete exhaustion... I could not even lift the 15lb dumb bell (I warm up with 100 slow reps with the 15’s lol... couldn’t even lift them at the end) OR push down the lowest weight setting on the cable for back arm... I have never done the burn out sets before... on last 2 sets of bi’s and tris go for 8-10 reps dropping 20lbs after each section all the way down to failure or zero weight which feels heavier than the starting weight did lol.. so I’ll definitely add this to my routines indefinitely for the future... I kinda like having spaghetti arms lol... the 65’s seem to be my DB weight to stand up curl with... I’m stuck between 4-6 reps per set... so I drop back down to the 50’s and rep out after my first 4 sets with the 65... I’m wondering if I should just stick only to the 65 and try to force my way up? I got goals to hit.. hovering here isn’t going to get me there...

      30 min elliptical, setting 12, 135-140 stride pace, 3.5 miles


      Hopefully this added exhaustion will convince my body to get rid of the excess calories I ate today lol... ugh I can be a space case sometimes...

      Post office has conveniently “misplaced” my package... I’m about to lose my shit over my retarded fucking mail carrier... last package she/he decided to place it on my hose reel next to my front door for everybody and their mother to see... no big deal, only $700 worth of hgh in that package. No big deal.. why not on the ground? By the front door? Flat on the ground? Behind the flower pot? Behind the trash can? The plant? My fucking cement duck by the door? Why 5’ up, on top of my hose reel? .... I digress... kudos to AIPCT, for being international, that pack landed in a day or two over a week from payment confirmation... 26th confirmed, 5th was here... but needed signature... and now the fucktards at the post office lost it... but isn’t it odd they remember the color of the package? Strikes me as odd... it’s like when the tweekers steal your wallet at your house and then help you look for it being all concerned that you find it... along with a couple credit cards delivered to a different address and my amazon package with my meal prep containers...
