Yes sir, the best I can abide by it... some days better than others that’s for sure... but I’m definitely trying to improve.. doing good so far this week.. well the past 2 days lol

I wouldn’t be able to hit that much protein in 8 hours without crazy indigestion, unless it was all iso whey lol...over 4lbs of chicken in 8 hours

First off, congrats on the lift bro! You strong ass MFer! You'll be overhead pressing them huge jocky pumps in no time bro!
Also, to answer ya back... yes sir, i like to change up movements every 4 weeks or so... You'll be surprised how fucking sore you'll be once you hit them incline curls a few sets... the body doesnt like change... so its vital to keep changing shit to piss it off!
I bet you!
If you switch those DB curls for the incline curls, give it 3-4 weeks... you'll see some new strength and size progress!
