Not really sure how to log today... anything I put into my body came back up within 10 minutes...
I just managed to get a cup full of pickled beats in... still waiting to see if it’s coming back up or not... I’m feeling way hypo though and I don’t keep candy in the house.. beats are high sugar packing missiles though ..
I felt like I caught a bug all day yesterday and then really felt it at night... then today I felt ok... except every time I put liquid or food into my belly, threw it up... fine for like 10 minutes... then crazy sick to my stomach and out it came...
So all my water, coffee, food and shake... back up... I’m hoping my body grabbed some nutrients or allowed some through.. I’ve taken a couple pisses. So something’s gotten through right?
I managed to get myself home and been resting ever since... I feel a bit in my lungs, behind my nose, like I snorted to much nose spray, which I haven’t taken any.. it just feels like that.. scratchy in the sinuses but as if there’s a lump in there still... and I’ve felt crazy nauseous all day... hoping it passes quickly whatever it is...

Man I wasn’t feeling great today either, came home for lunch and took a nap instead of going to the gym. Been taking nexium/Zantac/heavy probiotics/GDL to clean up my stomach...believe it’ll be after I end this cycle before it clears up tho. Felt like shit until I got some carbs in me

I basically quit taking all supps too lol...I think fats like peanut butter etc are holding up digestion also. I dunno really, fuckin weird...been self diagnosing this for like 4 weeks haha, thought I had salmonella, then an esophagus/stomach ulcer...now just some indigestion cuz currently killing off the acid.

I’ve never had issues like that... always the opposite... loosey goosey with a painful stabbing/cramping and a stiff waddle to the toilet bowl... I’m not kidding when I say I can take 6-8 Imodium AD pills and take a shit 3 hours later... I just don’t get plugged up... ever... even back when I ate cheese with every meal and all the things allegedly that back one up... not me...
Stomach acid and me are great friends.. I’ve always had horrible indigestion for as long as I can remember... my upper sphincter doesn’t even do its job and keep acid down where it belongs... I think it’s burned off or stuck open... I’ll find out for sure next month when they stick the camera down there... that’s the reason I absolutely can not eat anything past 6... 5 would be ideal.. but 6 is realistic... once I lay down it just all comes up to burn my throat and all that fun stuff... it’s even more fun to choke on acid and wake up choking... that’ll make ya grateful to take a breath lol...
I gotta drink baking soda and water... it’s the only thing that works for me...
I hope you get it figured out brother... don’t let those get away from you for too long... they’re important functions to have operating normally

Man I love pickled beats... the rancher I buy my eggs n stuff from, his wife makes them.. I buy every jar she has for sale lol.. I don’t get to eat them often... but I want to make sure I’m set if she ever passes... they’re so friggin good... just SO high in sugar lol... I should just have her teach me... but I have a feeling my making them would be minus the magic touch of an old classy magical woman..

Felt much better today... all food stayed in. I actually slept pretty good last night for the few hours I got to sleep... no brain fog and we hammered through day one of a new job we started at a mall... set ourselves up for a good smooth day tomorrow and we should be off in time to beat the traffic and get home at a good time...
I hit chest at the gym today. Trying to stay midrange in weight just to hit 8-10 each set.. but heavy enough to still have to work for it... trying to practice strict form and solid movements. A little shaking happening with the dumbbells and I got off balance once... delts took a back seat again and I can feel the benefits pumping through my muscle fibers in my chest... hopefully this will stimulate proper growth and I can see some improvements in this area. I really dig the cable flys.. I know I keep saying that... I just really like them is all lol...
I only did 10 min on the elliptical for 1.5 miles... my body was done.. I let it be done..
7:00pm trying to get to bed early. Another 2am wake up for work tomorrow...
